SENSORT has launched a dedicated Customer Training Academy at its Suzhou headquarters, offering comprehensive training programs for recycling industry professionals. The academy provides hands-on training with SENSORT equipment, covering operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

The curriculum includes three certification levels: Operator (basic equipment operation), Technician (maintenance and troubleshooting), and Process Engineer (system optimization and quality control). Courses are available in English, Chinese, German, and Spanish.

“Well-trained operators are essential to achieving the full potential of our equipment,” said the Head of Customer Service. “The academy ensures our customers have the skills and knowledge to maximize sorting performance, minimize downtime, and extend equipment life.”

The first training cohort has already graduated, with participants from eight countries completing the intensive two-week program. Online and on-site training options are also available for customers unable to travel to Suzhou.
